Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with calendar management and scheduling appointments as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure efficient operations
  • Performing data entry tasks to update customer information in our systems
  • Filing documents and maintaining an orderly workspace to ensure efficient operations
  • Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in administrative duties including data entry and file management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • P & C License (Property and Casualty Insurance License)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
