Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

Key Qualifications

- Reliable high-speed internet, with a stable ethernet connection and a speed test that meets our requirements
- A laptop or PC in good condition, with a specifications report that meets our requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus
