Role Overview
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our website. You’ll provide real-time support, answer product and service-related inquiries, and help guide customers in selecting the best hosting solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can quickly learn our product offerings and assist in closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to live chat inquiries on arenaflex.com.
- Assist customers in selecting the right hosting plans based on their needs.
- Answer general questions about arenaflex’s products, services, and policies.
- Provide guidance to both new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and help close deals through effective communication.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while engaging with customers.
Requirements
* Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand arenaflex’s products and services.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on helping customers find the right solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or live chat support (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
