Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding support to clients' customers via social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Managing live chat messages on businesses' websites or social media accounts
  • Engaging with customers, answering queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sharing sales links, providing discounts, and promoting products or services as needed
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively online
