Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our accounting operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include downloading financial statements, entering transactions, and reconciling bank accounts using QuickBooks and other accounting software. Key Responsibilities

* Download financial statements and other relevant documents from various sources

• Enter transactions into QuickBooks and other accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail
• Reconcile bank accounts and identify any discrepancies or errors
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and accounts
• Collaborate with the accounting operations team to resolve any issues or concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Motivation and Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• QuickBooks Experience: Previous experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software is essential
