Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a Part-Time position to support data entry and customer service tasks for arenaflex-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolving customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing accurate information.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data entries.
- Assisting in general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
