Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping Medicaid members renew their benefits by verifying applicant information, conducting income screenings, and authorizing eligibility. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of renewal applications. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Verify applicant information and conduct income screenings to determine eligibility
- Authorize eligibility and submit renewal applications on behalf of Medicaid members
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in our database
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and customers
Essential Qualifications:
* 5+ years of customer service experience, with a strong background in healthcare insurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Windows 10 or 11, with a strong understanding of computer software and hardware
- Reliable wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25-50Mbps and upload speed of 15-20Mbps
- 8GB RAM or higher, with a 2nd monitor required for this role
- USB headset and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Medicaid or other government programs
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance regulations and policies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
