Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consumer Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Asking questions, clarifying rules and regulations, and making informed decisions to resolve customer problems
  • Researching and resolving customer complaints, including escalating issues to other teams or management as needed
  • Collaborating with other teams, including trainers and low-level staff, to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Responding to user information and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing guidance and support to less experienced team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • A strong understanding of consumer credit card products and services, including rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, teams, and management in a professional and respectful manner
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to monitor multiple computer systems and applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to quickly learn business and processes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities
  • Fluency in multiple languages
