Job Summary

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems, as well as performing quality checks and administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems

  • Verify accuracy of data and correct errors when necessary
  • Organize and categorize information for easy retrieval
  • Follow company procedures to handle confidential and sensitive data
  • Generate basic reports and assist in data management projects
  • Perform administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

* No prior experience required – training will be provided!

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
