Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and providing the best solution.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and understanding our products and services.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product features, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, chat systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • No degree required; however, prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Experience:

* 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.

  • Experience working remotely or independently is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with customer service software or CRMs is beneficial.

Working Hours:

* Full-time position with flexible hours.

  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
