Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Tesla Backing Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

• Audit and investigate customer concerns, working closely with our internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on how to self-serve, including guiding them to our self-improvement site and self-booking meetings with our local service team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM/Vehicle Support Network.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

What You'll Bring

* At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer support or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts during business hours (Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday, 5 AM to 6 PM).
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Office, and Outlook, as well as the ability to navigate internet browsers and various internal systems.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions with precision, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive, helpful relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
