Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of college education or relevant work experience in a customer service environment. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. - Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design. - Experience working in a virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices. - Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems.
