What You'll Be Doing As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving escalated or complex issues, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive, memorable experience. During a Typical Day, You'll * Answer incoming communications from customers * Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues * Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge What You Bring to the Role To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and qualities.
