What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Providing empathetic and compassionate support to customers in need
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster) and a reliable smartphone or tablet for remote work
  • A USB wired headset (we recommend using a USB wired headset, but you may be able to use a headset you already have)
  • A smartphone or tablet that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in
