As a part-time remote Customer Success Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to ensure that every customer interaction is seamless, friendly, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer interactions via telephone, email, and chat during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
• Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
• Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of our customers are being met
• Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day (minimum of 70 interactions per shift)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Access to a consistently stable internet connection
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
• On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of fashion industry trends and products
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
