Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment

  • Certification in data entry or a related field
