What You Will Do

As a Chatter Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with users across our platform, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for all. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engage and Support: Actively participate in chat discussions, using provided guidelines to answer queries, offer promotional discounts, and provide direct sales links. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will set the tone for our community.

Role Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

• Contract: Flexible, with no fixed term
• Hours: Part-time with the possibility to extend up to 40 hours per week, based on your availability
• Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of managing social media and chat functionalities (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop) + Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time + Keen attention to detail with the capability to adhere closely to provided instructions + Minimum availability of 5 hours per week + Stable internet connection is essential
