Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources
  • Verifying and updating existing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records for easy retrieval
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all company and client information
  • Communicating with team members to clarify information and resolve discrepancies as needed

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Shift Details

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll work on an evening shift, approximately 4 PM - 9 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities. This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while still contributing to our team's success.

Compensation & Benefits
