Key Responsibilities:
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling routine customer service inquiries via phone, chat, or digital channels, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- At least 1+ year of recent third shift experience, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with working overnight
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
- A wired connection and specified internet speed to ensure reliable and secure remote work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Compensation and Perks:
