About the Role

We're seeking an empathetic and skilled Customer Care Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to take their medications and achieve better overall wellness. Key Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
  • Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty
  • Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating your technical skills and adaptability
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
  • Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating your understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers
