Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from members seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans
- Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions to help members better understand their coverage and options
- Offer solutions and support to members to improve their healthcare experience and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to members
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements in all interactions with members

Requirements
