Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assisting customers with order processing, order modifications, and shipment details
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic troubleshooting skills are necessary
