As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers from all over the world in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections, resolving customer travel issues, and making their experience memorable. Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legal Status: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet business attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
