Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, prescriptions, and other relevant data
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
  • Staying up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Patient Experience: + Draw in patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services + Settle patient issues as quickly as possible and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience + Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience, including relational behaviors that demonstrate care (e.g., welcoming, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service qualities (e.g., showing interest to identify needs and proactively helping, updating until satisfied, advocating compassion and inclusivity, etc.) + Associate with patients by expecting needs and proactively offering services + Uphold endeavors on upgrading patient experience by expanding familiarity with healthcare services presented through arenaflex (e.g., patient discussion, prescription administration, drug treatment audits, and perform clinical, or health services like vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results services) subsequently advancing the shift of the arenaflex pharmacy role from transactional to relational + Participate and aid events that mirror the exceptional communities we serve as mentioned by Head Manager, Healthcare Manager, Region Director or Pharmacy Administrator

  • Tasks:

+ Advise patients and answer their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical supplier depending on the situation to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service + Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management + Survey, interpret, and precisely administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility + Ensure the pharmacy operates according to guidelines, organization arrangements and standards + Help pharmacy administrator with laying out methodology that advances the effective work process of the pharmacy including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague ideas + Responsible for the opening and closing of the pharmacy and shift change responsibilities + Ensure the utilization of all components of the Honest intentions Apportioning strategy related to state and government controlled substance regulations while filling solutions + The Item Audit/Retail Fill Cycle Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that components of Pure intentions are available + Maintain current knowledge on data technology related to pharmacy systems including work process, solution satisfaction, charging, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers to offer assistance to patients as well as pharmacy staff + Looks for new and better ways of encouraging advance efficiency + Ensure the exact handling of insurance claims to determine patient issues and prevent payment rejections + Circles back to insurance agency and clinical suppliers and participates in external review + Circle back to clinical suppliers’ offices to explain prescribed drugs, doses, refills, associations, and aversions to propose alternative medications, and answer clinical supplier questions + Performs clinical and health services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, disease state management, and other healthcare services + Helps and supports the pharmacy manager in examining performance data including pharmacy financial, customer service, and execution of strategies for pharmacy resource management and stock management + Creates and maintains good relationships with local healthcare community including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers + Participates in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business, enhance learning experiences, and give happier lives through better health

  • Individuals and Performance Management:

+ Helps the Pharmacy Manager with staff hiring and training + Builds up the course of Pharmacy Manager in staff performance by training, and giving productive feedback, checking customer service, and encouraging colleague development + Advances collaboration and inspires colleagues by laying out assumptions, screens and perceives progress, and encourages a common vision

  • Preparation and Self-awareness:

+ Keeps up with current information and required permitting/credentialing/confirmation as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance + Keeps up with current information and abilities connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy related journals, organization publications, and communications + Keeps up with attention to advancements in retail and management and seeks after accepted procedures that would improve performance + Acquires vital affirmations, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as expected by the Organization + Looks for professional improvement by observing one’s performance, requests for valuable feedback, and use pharmacy chief and head manager as tutor and mentor + Interchanges + Upholds the Pharmacy Director and Head manager by imparting important corporate health and health services or methodology data to pharmacy staff

Essential Capabilities

* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Degree from an authorized educational establishment

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
  • Experience performing solution apportioning exercises that show serious areas of strength for an information on pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations
  • Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire

Preferred Capabilities

* No less than 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and check, records and lawful consistency, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy programming and technology frameworks, and insurance

  • Experience working in a pharmacy setting with a strong focus on customer service and patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
