Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Adhering to Arenaflex's Grooming Standards and maintaining a professional appearance at all times
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Staying up-to-date with Arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide informed and personalized recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or post-secondary education is an asset
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Familiarity with Arenaflex's products and services is an asset
