arenaflex is a rapidly growing consumer stationery brand that sells online and ships direct to customers. Launched in the UK in 2015, we have been expanding our presence in the US since 2018, with a goal of making the US our largest market. Our growth has been fueled by over $15 million in venture funding to date, and we are on the verge of securing Series C funding to accelerate our progress even further. Alongside our in-house collections, we collaborate with upcoming artists, iconic brands, and exciting fashion labels to curate our emporium of notebooks, notecards, diaries, and journals. What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all our customers, providing support via email and live chat. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following established procedures to ensure customers receive accurate information and a speedy resolution to their issue
- Collaborating with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to troubleshoot problems and answer questions throughout the customer's journey with us
- Working closely with design, operations, and tech teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
- Prioritizing tickets based on the direction of the shift supervisor and the volume of tickets in the inbox
- Answering customer questions about our products, including using the online editor to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and product formats
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce business
- A quick learner who is happy to be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions
- Experience working within a team to meet SLAs or KPIs and a high standard of engagement with customers
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of customer service software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom (not essential)
- A quiet working environment at home with access to high-speed, private internet
- A reliable laptop or desktop computer
