As a Senior Information Designer, Applied Examination and Insights (AA&I), you will play a pivotal role in crafting forward-thinking, customer-driven, prescriptive solutions that enable arenaflex to stay proactive and agile in this thrilling transformation.
You will be part of the AA&I Examination Designing center, fostering the development of top-notch, versatile, and organized information assets that power the AA&I Choice Science and Information Science portfolios. These portfolios serve multiple lines of business, including Reliability, OnStar, Computerized Services and Experience, and Development Organizations. Moreover, you will collaborate with other AA&I Information Specialists and cross-functionally with partner teams to establish a robust information designing foundation.
How You Will Respond
As a Senior Information Designer, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with the Choice Science and Information Science Development Center capabilities in a matrixed detailing structure to develop information assets for applied examination solutions. Initial focus will be on Client Experience use cases, including Unified Client Profiling and Personality Management, Clickstream Examination, and Client Commitment Knowledge.
* Planning and developing information assets that align with information protection and security strategy to safeguard and manage sensitive information, including client information.
* Driving the adoption of cloud-first innovations and industry-standard Information Designing practices to accelerate and scale designing capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including information administration, information engineering, release management, Information Operations, and ML Operations, as required.
* Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in the field of Information Designing and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
* Cultivating a culture of continuous learning, information sharing, and improvement within the team and the broader information designing community.

Your Abilities and Capacities (Required Capabilities)
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering project-scale information and analysis solutions using current hybrid cloud technologies, with an emphasis on information curation for Client Experience information science modeling and reporting.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with practical experience examining and arranging large-scale client event information assets from various information sources, including first-party and third-party information, and guide-type information with variable design.
* In-depth knowledge of industry-standard Information Designing practices, including information protection and security, ETL/ELT, information engineering, information quality assurance, performance optimization, source code management, release management, and operations.
* Master programming skills in information and analysis platforms, big data handling structures and languages, and development tools, including Blue (or similar), Databricks, Flash, Python, SQL, and GitHub.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams and non-technical partners.
* A naturally inquisitive mindset, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
* Experience working in a Lean development environment.
Education
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Software Engineering, Information Science, or a related field. A graduate degree is a plus.
