Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to provide administrative support to our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, performing data entry tasks, and assisting with various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of tasks, including:

• Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned
• Assisting with social media, website, and blog management as needed
• Performing ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Collaborating with team members to achieve marketing goals and objectives
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Computer literacy and excellent typing skills
• Experience in marketing or a related field (an asset)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (an asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems (an asset)
