Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through their benefits and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate their benefits and services
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with members, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and track contacts with members, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales

  • Knowledge of healthcare and insurance products and services
  • Experience working in a production environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a second or third shift environment, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability
