Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at arenaflex

Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Registering sales on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed
- Processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as required
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters and retail areas
- Performing tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data
- Filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring medication, confirming medication is correct, and checking for potential interactions
- Reporting and addressing prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to organizational policies and procedures
- Handling calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
- Processing manual cases for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting the pharmacy division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medication
- Maintaining knowledge of organizational resource security methods and recording claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
- Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)
- Building and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays, and completing resets and corrections as assigned
- Supporting the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on base retail areas)
- Maintaining working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
- Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and selling special photo items
- Taking on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and conveys requests to customers as they arrive at the store)
- Supporting outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-maintained store condition and appearance
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Knowledge of store stock control
- PTCB certification
