Job Summary
As a full stack data engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing and operationalizing data pipelines to support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and operationalize data pipelines to make data accessible for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data services
- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to develop and implement data solutions that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain ideal data pipeline design to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain data models with data modelers and create data pipelines to store data in defined data models and designs
- Develop and operationalize data pipelines to make data accessible for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data services

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- 3+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS
- 3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, such as ADLS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Databricks Live Table, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other big data technologies
- Broad experience working with different data sources (SQL, Oracle database, flat files (csv, delimited), Web API, XML)
- High-level SQL skills and strong understanding of data modeling concepts (data lake, data warehouse, NoSQL, data mart)
- Ability to work in a high-speed agile development environment
- Availability to work on a rotational basis, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent programming experience
- Azure certifications
- Experience executing data integration strategies, such as event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL
- Experience with Git/Azure DevOps
- Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development processes
- Familiarity with the retail industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with SAP integration tools, including SAP BW
- Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler
