Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack AI/ML Engineer to join our Cloud Innovations Application Platform (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing our AI strategy to take our engineer experience platform to the next level. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement AI/ML solutions to drive business outcomes and improve application development efficiency
- Collaborate with AI engineers, programmers, and data scientists to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Apply machine learning algorithms to large-scale data to drive insights and recommendations
- Ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and data visualization
- Develop and deploy predictive models to drive business outcomes
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our engineer experience platform
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the product industry with a focus on machine learning
- Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with distributed storage systems like S3, HDFS, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with model selection, training, and evaluation
- Strong understanding of advanced AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Experience with transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve business problems
- Ability to ensure data quality through analysis, modeling, and data visualization
- Experience with hyperparameter tuning and model calibration
- Strong communication and presentation skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI
- Experience with agile development methodologies and practices such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
