Work Overview
As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer behavior, identifying key product strategies, and providing insights to inform our owned and operated product roadmap. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives. Your primary focuses will be:
- Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our product roadmap
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
- Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
- Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience design
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data platforms
- Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
