Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence and Analytics

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop data models, databases, and data visualizations to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define data needs, and develop data-driven solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
• Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data visualization principles
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with SAFE Spry, TSQL/PLSQL, or other data analysis tools and technologies

• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data quality checks
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js
• Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field
