Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure, enabling efficient software delivery and high system availability.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Amazon Connnect, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.) Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.) Automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in cloud environments Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and troubleshoot issues Manage logging, alerting, and incident response processes Qualifications 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Strong experience with AWS cloud services Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred) Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture Experience with monitoring and logging tools

Nice to Have

Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure or GCP) Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux) Familiarity with security best practices (DevSecOps) Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.)
