Amazon Account Specialist
Job Purpose The Amazon Account Manager (Remote work position) will be a key member of the team, seeking to work for a growing digital marketing agency. This role provides administrative, operational, and Seller Central support to help drive the growth of Black Compass Digital’s business and its clients. This role will be a partner to the stakeholders by providing quality, transparent and meaningful reporting and analyses to support key business decisions. This is a full time job with the expectations of working 40 hours per week. *This role at the start will be in Philippine Time Zone Hours: 9PM - 5:00AM (Graveyard Shift) **You will not have to talk to clients. ***Experience in Amazon Seller Central is mandatory. **** This is a quick hire - we are looking to fulfill this position ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute on company KPIs
- Monitor and kick of hijackers / copycats on listings
- Reporting to Brand Registry
- Account Health monitoring
- Troubleshooting problems on Seller Central
- Listing management
- Weekly and monthly reporting to provide trends and insights on our clients
- Curated reporting for clients to demonstrate strong support and affirmative actions
- Excel based reporting and analysis
- Admin tasks
- Ad hoc tasks, as necessary
Preferred Skills and Qualities: Has an Agency Experience Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central tools and processes. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communicator, both written and verbal. Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
