CTG is seeking a ServiceNow Application Consultant to support our client’s enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ServiceNow applications while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient IT service management solutions. Location: RemoteDuration: 5 months Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Lead ServiceNow strategy discussions based on value, effort, and business priorities. Develop workflows, integrations, forms, business rules, and automation solutions. Prepare effort estimates, project timelines, and cost-benefit analyses. Support ITSM and ITIL process improvements across the organization. Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure system reliability and performance. Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, budget, and delivery timelines. Required Skills: Strong experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and implementation. Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and ServiceNow best practices. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services. Understanding of LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and related infrastructure technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of ServiceNow experience. Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments. ServiceNow certifications preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $75.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
