Lead Generation Specialist - PH (Remote)
Overview: Snapscale is seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Generation Specialist who can work in a remote set-up to support outbound campaigns, prospect research, and lead qualification efforts. This role focuses on generating and pre-qualifying leads through strategic outreach and AI-assisted workflows, while ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and coordination throughout the pipeline process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in outbound outreach, CRM management, and lead generation processes. This role does not involve direct sales or closing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Research and identify target prospects based on defined ICPs and campaign criteria Build and maintain accurate prospect lists with relevant contact information Continuously source new leads to support outbound campaigns Focus on lead generation and pre-qualification only; no sales or closing responsibilities Outreach Execution Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels Personalize messaging using provided frameworks and AI tools Maintain consistent daily outreach activity based on defined targets Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Conduct structured follow-up sequences for outbound prospects Track all interactions and update lead statuses in the CRM or tracking system Ensure all leads have clear next steps or follow-up actions Lead Qualification & Handoff Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria Escalate engaged prospects to the appropriate team member Ensure smooth handoff with complete communication history and context AI-Driven Workflow Execution Utilize tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for messaging, research, and workflow support Improve outreach efficiency through prompt optimization and automation Continuously refine workflows and outreach processes Tracking & Reporting Maintain clean and accurate outreach records Track outreach metrics, response rates, and qualified leads Provide weekly reporting summaries with performance insights Marketing & Administrative Support Assist with basic Canva graphic creation and minor landing page updates Support email campaign execution and outreach sequences Assist with meeting scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks Perks: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Competitive pay Government-mandated benefits 13th month pay Night differential pay Internet allowance Yearly salary increase Opportunities for career growth and development
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, sales support, or a related industry Experience with outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and similar platforms Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for workflow support is highly preferred Strong written English communication and personalization skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Comfortable handling repetitive outreach tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency Basic experience with Canva and marketing support tasks is an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet outreach targets in a fast-paced environment Apply To This Job
