JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Support Representative Remote, working Eastern time Temporary - 6 months Driven Brands is looking for an outbound sales representative to join our growing team! The ideal candidate can commit to 40 hours/week and can provide open availability. What you’ll Drive: Call outbound to existing customers to drive repeat business Answer customer inquiries Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives Ensure the proper processes are being following and task deadlines are being met Properly manage customer information utilizing internal data systems Flexible/adaptable to constant change Accurately communicate customer details to Franchisees What you’ll Bring: Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening) Minimum 2 years of call centre experience Sales experiences is an asset Shows predominate skills in computer literacy Good organisation and time management skills Works well in a fast-paced environment Works well under pressure Experience in the automotive industry an asset (but not required) Bilingualism English/Spanish is an asset (but not required) Hours of Operation are: Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm #LI-AS1 #DBCORP #REMOTE Position Location: Ontario

Range: $19.35 - $29.40

Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
