Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders Manage calendars and confirm availability Prepare interview materials and ensure smooth logistics Candidate Communication Management Send interview confirmations and follow-ups Provide timely status updates Share onboarding instructions and next steps Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience HR Documentation Management Prepare and organize offer letters and contracts Maintain employee files and compliance documentation Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive records Onboarding Support Coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation schedules Manage equipment requests and system access Ensure employees are fully prepared for Day 1 Recruitment Reporting & Tracking Maintain and update ATS records Track candidate pipelines and hiring progress Generate recruitment reports and metrics Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Strong Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple candidates, requisitions, and administrative priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. HR Systems & Technology Proficiency Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, scheduling tools, and productivity software. Discretion & Confidentiality Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity. Process-Oriented & Solution-Driven Proactive in identifying inefficiencies, resolving scheduling conflicts, and continuously improving recruitment workflows. Why Join Us?
