COR Compliance Helpdesk Support Specialist (Remote)

PLEASE LIST IF A DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED: NO WinnCompanies is looking for a Compliance Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our Corporate team. As a Compliance Helpdesk Specialist, you will be an expert on both Affordable Housing Compliance and the utilization of the Property Management Software used in the day-to-day operations of Winn Residential. You will assist with Helpdesk inquiries related to Compliance independently, escalating when inquiries need director level approval and review. In this role, you will generate detailed reports regarding the nature of tickets submitted to the Compliance Helpdesk along with possible root causes and solutions for strategic planning. This opportunity is offering a pay range of $69,072.74- $86,633.60 annually based on experience. This position offers a typical business work schedule - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5PM EST. Please note that this is a 100% remote job, and applicants must reside in a state that Winn operates in. Applications will be accepted until May 28th, 2025 at 5:00PM EST. Responsibilities: Continuously triage ticket categories for appropriate prioritization of ticket responses. Evaluate individual tickets, formulate plans for resolution/completion and execute within standard SLA. Escalate tickets as necessary to ensure completion. Coordinate, execute, and document all Compliance HelpDesk activity to ensure accuracy, and repeatable resolution. Analyze Helpdesk ticket activity to provide insight to training needs of the organization in an overall effort to reduce ticket volumes. Provide monthly reporting on ticket categories and resolution time Various other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. 3-5 years of related work experience. NAHP, SHCM, COS or equivalent certification. Strong experience in all compliance programs. Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites. Must have prior Customer Service experience. Experience with property management software. Proficient in the administration of multiple affordable housing program types. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work. Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. OneSite and RealPage Suite experience.
