Core Engineering & Problem Solving

• Ability to understand unfamiliar code and large legacy systems
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Knowledge of dependency management and resolving version conflicts
• Fast learner with strong research and pattern-recognition skills
• Ability to break down large problems and know when to seek help Technical Fundamentals
• Strong Java 8+ knowledge
• Solid understanding of Spring Framework and Hibernate/JPA concepts
• Proficiency in SQL, relational database fundamentals
• Familiarity with Gradle and build pipelines
• Solid understanding of testing concepts (JUnit, mocking, test structure) Soft Skills
• Patience, attention to detail, and discipline
• Clear communication and comfort with ambiguity
• Risk awareness and ability to document decisions effectively Testing Mindset
