Overview
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 a year Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm EST, with some flexibility Full-time, Remote position We are seeking candidates who are licensed in three of our active states, which include: Virginia, Maryland or Washington, D.C. We cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, enabling you to expand your practice across multiple states. Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans, conducting intake assessments for new clients, and completing insurance review notes. Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care. Lead IOP group sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families. Work alongside empathetic colleagues who value trust, service, growth, and results in delivering exceptional mental health support. Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in the state of Virginia, D.C. or Maryland (Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities. Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach. Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years. Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
