Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support a UK-based employer in providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the diary, travel arrangements, and communications of one or more executives Handle incoming correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions efficiently Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones Maintain accurate records of appointments, decisions, expenses, and confidential documents Use relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools Support the wider team with event coordination, reporting, and ad hoc administrative tasks Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve executive productivity Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a related role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
