Check out our case studies and dive into our blog post to learn more about our culture and the exciting projects we’re working on! 🚀 Responsibilities 🤓 Infrastructure & Platform Design and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure. Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools. Operate Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation. Manage core data platform infrastructure (e.g., Databricks environments). Security & Compliance Implement security best practices across cloud environments (IAM, encryption, secrets management). Support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR. Perform vulnerability management and access reviews. Automation & Internal Systems Automate infrastructure and internal processes using scripting and workflow tools. Improve self-service capabilities for engineering teams. Client & Team Support Provision and manage infrastructure within client cloud environments when needed. Support engineering teams with environment setup and infrastructure troubleshooting. Required Skills 💻 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles within enterprise environments. Strong experience with AWS (EKS, IAM, Networking) and operating production-grade platforms. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) specifically using Terraform. Advanced experience running Kubernetes / EKS in production (administration, operation, and troubleshooting). Solid understanding of CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions. Expertise in Secrets Management and integration with tools like HashiCorp Vault and HCP. Deep focus on Observability, scalability, and proactive operational improvements. Background in infrastructure and production operations with a clear SRE mindset. Nice to have Proficiency in Python for advanced automation and scripting. Experience with Data & AI infrastructure (working with Redis, ClickHouse, or similar). Familiarity with Observability stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana. Experience in regulated environments or enterprise-scale security patterns.
