Your analytical expertise will directly impact millions of dollars in trade transactions, helping our clients maintain healthy distributor relationships and optimize their promotional investments. What you'll do Drive deduction resolution excellence by managing the complete lifecycle of trade deductions, from initial processing through final resolution, ensuring accuracy rates that exceed industry standards. Collaborate with account managers and clients to coordinate documentation collection, resolve complex deduction scenarios, and maintain transparent communication throughout the resolution process. Analyze and match claims using advanced Excel techniques and portal systems, identifying patterns and discrepancies that protect our clients' financial interests. Partner with distributors and corporate users to retrieve critical documentation, navigate customer portals, and ensure timely backup submission for pending deductions. Maintain comprehensive transaction records that serve as the foundation for audit trails, process improvements, and client reporting requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting portal procedures, creating process enhancement recommendations, and contributing to team training programs. Monitor quality control standards through daily audits of deduction statuses, ensuring compliance with client-specific rules and identifying potential system issues. Coordinate with technical teams by creating JIRA tickets for automated portal issues and communicating system improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
