Job Summary: The Senior Global Professional Affairs Manager supports the development of impactful professional education in close collaboration with core and myopia Global Professional Affairs personnel, and contributes to the advancement of scientific and clinical programs across 1 Day, FRP, and Myopia Management businesses. The individual plays an active role, alongside the broader Global Professional Affairs team, in shaping scientific priorities and dissemination strategies, while partnering closely with Clinical & Medical Affairs, who lead study execution and publication development. The role leads global oversight of In‑Market Assessment (IMA) activity, ensuring the surveys conducted and funded by local markets are compliant with internal SOPs, aligned to business needs, and appropriately leveraged to support scientific understanding and claims development. In addition to core responsibilities, the role will flexibly support global key account initiatives, customer journey optimization, and category growth programs. The role requires advanced collaboration skills within a matrix organization, and the ability to translate science into relevant professional education while maintaining appropriate governance between Professional Affairs and Medical Affairs.
