We have multiple profit sharing plans that allow you to dictate your workload. Sales Only - 30% profit share (Unicargo handles all day to day account management and carrier operations) Sales & Account Management Only - 50% profit share (Unicargo handles all carrier operations) Sales, Account Management, and Ops - 70% profit share (You run your own business under Unicargo's MC and we provide all the tools and backend billing support to fully operate and grow your book) Unicargo is an ideal home for agents that are not getting the backend support they need, are looking to expand modal capabilities beyond basic domestic transportation, or who want to reduce their current workload and still make significant income.
