Recruitment Associate for a Consulting Services in US (Home Based Full Time)
Candidate Identification & Recruiting
- Partner with clients to support high-volume hiring across technical, professional, and engineering roles
- Source candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, networking groups, and professional associations
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements• Present opportunities to candidates and assist with offer discussions and negotiations
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles through client systems
- Coordinate interviews (internal and client), conduct reference checks, and support hiring decisions
- Guide candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and industry networks to support ongoing hiring needs
- Actively promote roles through social media and professional platforms to attract top talent
- Follow client and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality throughout the recruiting process
Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and activity tracking in the ATS
- Post and manage job openings across internal and external platforms
- Keep an organized, current pipeline to support active and future roles
- Adhere to established client and internal SOPs for documentation, submissions, and reporting
