Here is what I expect from you day to day: Thinks ahead — you spot problems before they ever reach me Builds systems — recruiting, operations, processes — you build them from scratch Researches & decides — you find best practices and bring them in, I don't have to go looking Manages the EA — you delegate execution downstream so nothing falls through the cracks Output: leverage — you multiply what I can think about, decide, and build The EA handles execution. You handle everything that makes execution possible. You: "Here's how we should recruit." EA: "I'll post the job and coordinate the interviews." That's the dynamic. You design the play. They run it.
